Great oysters but I shall return entirely for the fried shrimp appetizer which has just the right amount of kick in the sauce. Great views from the upstairs deck. Try their rather excellent painkiller.
Food & Service were great. Manager on duty, not so much. Being from out of town I asked to buy a pint glass... I overheard the Manager making fun of the fact "someone wants buy one of these" and drops a dirty glass at the Hostess Station. Otherwise great experience
The Pearl is a nice little restaurant located on Wellfleet bay, across the street from Mayo Beach. Food is tasty, and service is some of the best that I've had on the outer cape. It's gets a bit loud, when they have bands play in the restaurant, which in my opinion takes away from the atmosphere ( I'd imagine that most people who are coming to the Outer Cape, don't come to hear rock bands). Other than the loudness, its a nice spot..a bit on the pricey side, but pretty standard for the Outer Cape. Sit back, relax ( as long as a live band isnt playing), and enjoy your meal!
Had a nice meal here. I've never had such efficient table service. Hadn't even finished my coke before it was refilled. Starters and mains were quick to the table!
Every meal I've had here has been excellent! Great service too! We (party of four) went on a Saturday in July around 6pm and were seated right away. Their meals have good portion sizes and are always well made. My only complaint is that it is rather loud and warm inside, but that never deters me from visiting.
