Long story short, after many emails back and forth Ginny offered to credit me the $112.00 for the dress because she didnt want me to have a bad feeling about the store. I thought this was extremely generous and contacted her in regards to the dress I wanted. That was in August, it is now October and she has refused to answer the phone, she has not responded to my emails and when I posted something about it on her facebook site she removed my post. I am not an unreasonable person and do understand that this was partially my fault for not sending the package with tracking but I do expect when someone offeres me a store credit they stick to their word. I feel that this is exptremely bad business and will never shop there again, and will tell all of my friends not to shop there as well.
I will also be contacting the better business bureau to file a formal complaint.
I absolutely love this store! I have been on several occasions and have found the most fabulous dresses! Ginny, the owner understands how to work with her clientele, making great suggestions and fitting you into pieces that you might never have thought would look good. I have had nothing but a wonderful experience here and would highly suggest visiting this boutique. There really is no other place like it on Cape Cod!

When I returned home from my trip to P-town I discovered that one of the dresses I bought just didnt fit right. i spoke with Ginny via email and she agreed to allow me to return the dress for a store credit. I sent the dress back and after not hearing from her for a few weeks I contacted her via email again and she told me she did not get the dress. I will take credit for not sending it via UPS or FED EX but I have never experienced having a lost package. Her excuse to me was that the post office does not deliver mail to her store??? I called the post office and they said that was not true. They do deliver packages to her.
I would have loved to give this place a good rating and review because the clothes are fun and the sales person that helped me pick out a few dresses was great but I received horrible customer service from the owner, Ginny.
Love Whispering Cowgirl! Such a cute little boutique in Wellfleet...I stop by every time I'm in town. I have several pieces of jewelry and clothing from the store. All of it is very well-crafted and high quality. The store owner is friendly and welcoming and it's always a pleasure to visit. Great online selection too!

I live in Colorado and while I can get VSA at stores in Denver (including Nordstrom) I choose to shop here because of the many years of positive experiences I have had buying from the owner. We've never met in person, but I feel like we are good friends.
