This is a wonderful place. Fully equipped, extremely caring and thorough care. I would move to Welfleet just to have my dog be a patient here!
This is by far the most competent, compassionate vet we have ever had. Her staff is outstanding. Communication is clear and choices are given. How wonderful to have an alternative to the new trend of corporate vets!
Needed veterinary services for an older sick cat today, New Year's Day. Every other vet I tried to contact today was understandably unavailable. Thank goodness Dr. Schutzengel responded to an early morning email and took my calls. She offered to see my cat anytime I wanted, even today, or tomorrow when most veterinary services are still closed. We talked by phone a number of times and we decided that our own treatment to the cat at home is sufficient for now though she reminded me she was available should the condition deteriorate. What a relief and what an incredible service. Thank you Dr. Schutzengel - you are an angel and the pets on Cape Cod are fortunate to have you around !!
Best experience I have ever had. My pug fractured his pelvis and Dr. Daniella J. Schutzengel was outstanding. She cared for him as if he was her own. House visit on a late Saturday night to ensure he was comfortable and again on Sunday. The level of care she provided was above and beyond!
The great humans at Angel Ark go above and beyond what I have ever witnessed before when it comes to caring for a dog. From the second I arrived, my dog was treated by the vet and nurses like it was their own. I have a very large puppy that is not the easiest to take to the vet and these people- each and every one, went out of their way to make it an enjoyable experience. From the tender loving care expressed- to the methodical approach taken- I have never seen a more professional team act as a unit. This place is the real deal- and I would drive from New York to bring my dog for a routine physical! You won't find another vet like Dr. Schutzengel or a staff like hers. This place also has the feel of taking your dog to a living room- plenty of toys and not loud and noisy. The waiting room is very quiet and your dog will feel immediately at home. I also forgot to mention that my dog needed to bump up his appointment due to sickness and they were able to accommodate me. This place is something special and what every student in veterinary school should dream of being part of someday!
