I was served by the owner (Bob) and his lovely wife, personally, and had what can only be described as the best cheeseburger on cape cod. It was thick and juicy, cooked to order, and I could tell that the beef had never been frozen. Like it came off my grill at home. And it sat atop a perfectly fluffy sesame seed bun. Awesome. Highly recommend. Try the pizza, too!!
Steak sub was decent, however, a simple hamburger and fried shrimp did not turn out well. My wife sampled the shrimp and immediately got that feeling that she shouldn't eat any more of it. The hamburger was so under cooked, at any moment it could have cried out a warning about the shrimp. Onion rings were good. Ice Cream is neither homemade, nor locally made small batch. Better options abound, especially at this end of the Cape.
This place has great food! The large steak bomb is the bomb! Only reason for 4 stars is the service. Disorganized, takes 15 minutes for two sandwiches and a hot dog with fries? Happened twice, yes we went back because the food is that good!
Great clam cakes. Superb fish sandwich. We've been coming here for a number of years.
Good outer cape sub shop. Milk shakes.. yummy.
